Scope: This standard proposes a technical framework for data security requirements for government information sharing, and specifies the technical requirements for data security in the process of sharing data in the process of government information sharing, sharing data exchange, and sharing data use, as well as the security technical requirements for related infrastructure. This standard is applicable to guide the construction of data security systems of government information sharing and exchange platforms at all levels, and regulate the use of government information sharing and exchange platforms by government departments at all levels to exchange non-state secret data security guarantees.
