Scope
This standard specifies the composition, functions, technical performance, and monitoring stations of the continuous monitoring system for gaseous pollutants (SO2, NOX) emissions, particulate matter emissions, and related flue gas parameters (oxygen content, etc.) in a continuous monitoring system for flue gas emissions from fixed pollution sources. Relevant requirements for building, installation, technical index debugging and testing, technical acceptance, daily operation management, daily operation quality assurance, and data review and processing. This standard applies to continuous monitoring systems for flue gas (SO2, NOx, particulate matter) emissions from fixed pollution sources such as thermal power plant boilers, industrial/civilian boilers, and industrial furnaces that use solid or liquid as fuel or raw materials. Continuous monitoring systems for flue gas (SO2, NOx, particulate matter) emissions from domestic waste incinerators, hazardous waste incinerators and stationary pollution sources using gas as fuel or raw material can be implemented with reference to this standard. Before the corresponding standards for continuous monitoring systems for flue gas pollutant emissions are officially promulgated and implemented, you may refer to this standard for implementation.
