- This standard specifies the general principles for the optimization of circular industrial chains in industrial parks, the determination of system boundaries and optimization goals, the generation of alternatives, the evaluation of options and the implementation of leasing and selection options, the evaluation of implementation effects and continuous optimization. This standard is applicable to all types of industrial parks (including economic and technological development zones, high-tech industrial development zones, bonded areas, export processing zones and various professional parks, etc.) to carry out circular industrial chain optimization.
