Scope: The "Design Standards for Vibration Control of Industrial Buildings" is now approved as a national standard, numbered GB50190-2020, and will be implemented from March 1, 2021. Among them, Articles 3.1.1, 3.4.1, and 3.4.2 are mandatory provisions and must be strictly implemented. The original national standard "Code for Anti-microvibration Design of Multi-storey Factory Building Floors" (GB50190-93) will be abolished at the same time.
