Together with GB 10395.1-2009, this part specifies the design and manufacture of mounted, semi-mounted, trailed and self-propelled rotary disc mowers and drum mowers for harvesting forage crops, as well as horizontal Safety requirements and evaluation methods for shaft mulchers. Describes the methods to eliminate or reduce the hazards caused by improper human operation and foreseeable misoperation during normal use or maintenance. In addition, it also stipulates the type of safe operation information that the manufacturer needs to provide. This section covers horizontal-axis mulchers that can be opened from the rear only for servicing. This section also applies to lawn mowers equipped with conditioning devices. This section applies only to lawn mowers working on the ground, see the example given in A.1 of Appendix A. When the requirements in this part are different from those stated in GB 10395.1-2009, for machines designed and manufactured according to the requirements in this part, the requirements in this part take precedence over the requirements in GB 10395.1-2009. This part, together with GB 10395.1-2009, covers all misoperations related to rotary lawn mowers, drum mowers and mulchers during normal use [manufacturer can reasonably Foreseeable (see Chapter 4)] major hazards (see Table 1), hazardous states and hazardous events other than noise and vibration. This section does not apply to the following machines (see the examples given in A.2):
