- Scope
- This standard specifies the determination method of anionic surfactant content in reclaimed water—methylene blue spectrophotometric method. This standard is applicable to the determination of the anionic surfactant content in reclaimed water in the range of 0.05 mg/L to 1.5 mg/L. For samples with higher content, the sampling amount can be reduced or diluted for determination. This standard is also applicable to the determination of the content of anionic surfactants in surface water and wastewater.
