- This standard specifies the technical requirements for convolutional codes, RS codes, Turbo codes, LDPC codes, interleaving, and pseudo-randomization involved in telemetry synchronization and channel coding in space data and information transmission systems. This standard applies to the interface design of channel coding between air-ground link and air-air link. It can be used with GB/T39351 or GB/T39345.
