Scope
This standard stipulates the index requirements, food additives, hygienic requirements and inspection methods of baked and fried foods. This standard is applicable to foods made by frying or roasting as the main raw materials, such as fruit and vegetable seeds, kernels, nuts, etc., with or without supplementary materials.

GB 19300-2003(XG1-2008) history

GB 19300-2003(XG1-2008) has been changed from GB 19300-2003 Hygienic standard for roasted nuts.

GB 19300-2003(XG1-2008) was changed to GB 19300-2014 National Food Safety Standard Nuts and Seeds.
