- This standard stipulates the index requirements, food additives, hygienic requirements and inspection methods of baked and fried foods. This standard is applicable to foods made by frying or roasting as the main raw materials, such as fruit and vegetable seeds, kernels, nuts, etc., with or without supplementary materials.
