Scope

This standard specifies the measurement requirements and procedures for the radiation characteristics and OTA characteristics of vehicle-mounted antennas under vehicle conditions, including the requirements for the measurement environment and measurement site, the antenna pattern, the measurement procedures for receiving sensitivity and receiving and transmitting power. This standard applies to the measurement of AM/VEFM receiving antennas, navigation antennas, vehicle millimeter-wave radar antennas, digital broadcast antennas, satellite digital broadcast antennas and keyless antennas in vehicle antennas. Other types of antennas can also be measured with reference to the provisions in this standard.
