GB/T 39708-2020 Boron trifluoride

Scope: This document specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of boron trifluoride. This document is applicable to boron trifluoride prepared from boric acid, hydrogen fluoride and oleum (or sulfur trioxide) as main raw materials. This document does not apply to boron trifluoride used in the manufacture of semiconductors.
