Scope
This document describes the test method for fire-resistant cables to maintain circuit integrity when subjected to flame and shock vibration under specified conditions. This document applies to cables with rated voltages up to and including 0.6/1kV, including metal conductor data and telecommunication cables and optical cables with rated voltages lower than 80V. This document applies to test cables with an outer diameter greater than 20 mm. Cables with smaller diameters will be tested using the equipment, procedures and requirements of GB/T 19216.2.
