- This standard stipulates the type and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage of drilling winches (hereinafter referred to as winches). This standard is applicable to winches used for suspension equipment during shaft sinking in coal mines, metal mines and non-metal mines.
