This standard specifies the technical requirements, packaging, marking, storage, transportation and sampling of food machinery grease. This standard applies to odorless and tasteless white lubricating grease made by thickening food-grade white oil with fatty acid calcium soap and adding additives. Its raw materials must use the safe components specified in the pharmacopoeia or pharmacology, and special equipment must be used in production. Products conforming to this standard have good water resistance, rust resistance, and lubricity, and are suitable for the lubrication of processing, packaging, and conveying equipment in contact with food. The maximum operating temperature is 100°C.
