Scope

This standard specifies the steady-state rotation test method in the vehicle handling stability test method. This standard adopts the method of continuous acceleration with fixed steering wheel angle to carry out the test. The test methods specified in Appendix A (Supplement) can also be used. This standard applies to two-axle cars, passenger cars, trucks and off-road vehicles, and other types of vehicles can be implemented as a reference.
