- This document describes a gas chromatographic method for the determination of the plant growth regulators paclobutrazol and paclobutrazol in fertilizers. This document is applicable to the detection of carpihexanoate and paclobutrazol in fertilizers. The method in this document determines the detection limit of diethylhexanoate and paclobutrazol for Shuizhou fertilizer products. The concentration was 2.5 mg/kg, and the limit of quantification was 7.5 mg/kg.
