- This standard specifies the method for determining the genetically modified components of plants using the target sequence sequencing method. This standard is applicable to the qualitative detection of exogenous genes and transgenic strains in plants and their products. The qualitative lower limit of detection (LOD) of the exogenous gene in this method is 0.1 wolf (the copy number ratio between the exogenous gene and the internal standard gene).
