- This standard specifies the measurement method of the whole body vibration suffered by the driver of agricultural wheeled tractors and field machinery on the standard test track (including vibration measurement, measuring instruments, safety protection, driver, driver's seat, tractor status, measurement site and operating conditions, and experimental reports). This standard applies to the measurement of the vibration transmitted to the driver through the seat or floor of agricultural wheeled tractors and field machinery on the standard test track. This standard does not include the assessment of vibrations transmitted by other means (such as through the control device to the feet, or from the steering wheel to the hands).
