This document describes the HPLC method for the determination of four flavonol compounds in cassava (Man i ho te s cu l en ta Cr antz, Cass ava) leaves. This document is applicable to the determination of 4 kinds of flavonols content of myricetin, rutin, nicotinic acid and narciscin in cassava fresh leaves and cassava dry leaves.
