Scope: This standard specifies the safe use requirements for power-driven guide frame climbing work platforms (hereinafter referred to as MCWP) for people to work on, including installation, disassembly, maintenance and comprehensive inspection, etc. This standard applies to the guide frame climbing work platform that is lifted by the drive system and guided and moved by the guide frame. This standard does not cover the following: a) hazards arising from the manipulation, installation or dismantling, securing or removal of any material or equipment not part of the MCWP; b) handling of certain hazardous materials; c) transport of personnel and materials Arriving at fixed landings, such as elevators defined in GB7588, EN81 43 and GB/T25856 and construction hoists defined in GB/T10054.1 and GB/T26557; d) mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) defined in GB/T25849, GB/T25849 Window cleaners defined in T19154, hanging baskets defined in GB/T19155, lifting platforms defined in EN1570 and simple lifts defined in GB28755.
