Scope
This standard specifies the methods for the determination of trace oxygen in gas by electrochemical methods, including fuel cell method, Hertz cell method, zirconia concentration cell method, ion flow method, primary cell method, etc. Processing and test reporting etc. are required. This standard applies to gases that do not chemically react with chemical cells and do not interfere with the determination. Measuring range: 0.01×10-6(volume fraction)~1 000×10-6(volume fraction).
