- This standard is applicable to the reaction of cyanide with ferrous sulfate, potassium chloride, etc., or potassium ferrocyanide obtained by directly reacting sodium ferrocyanide with potassium chloride. Potassium ferrocyanide is used in table salt as an anticaking agent.
