Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of key bars and molybdenum rods. This standard applies to molybdenum bars prepared by powder metallurgy and molybdenum rods prepared by subsequent machining methods (such as forging, rolling, drawing straightening and polishing).
