- This standard stipulates the technical requirements, inspection methods, packaging and signs of high-purity nitrogen products. This standard applies to high-purity gaseous or liquid nitrogen produced by air separation. Its chemical properties are inactive and non-flammable. It is an asphyxiating gas and is mainly used for scientific research, preparation of standard mixed gas, protective gas, replacement gas, Carrier gas, reaction gas and other fields that require high nitrogen purity.
