- This standard specifies the method for determining the content of dissolved gas components (including oxygen, methane, ethane, ethylene, acetylene, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, oxygen and nitrogen, etc.) in insulating oil in oil-filled electrical equipment by gas chromatography. Measured in μL/L. Free gas in oil-filled electrical equipment (gas in gas relays, gas on oil surface in equipment, etc.) can also be analyzed by referring to this method, and its concentration is measured in μL/L.
