Scope: This standard provides the specification of management information in open systems related to those operations of the OSI data link layer specified by the specification in this document. The details of how data link layer management is done are outside the scope of this standard. The data link layer management is defined by specifying the following contents: - The managed object class definition of the data link layer managed objects follows the guidelines issued by the structure of management information (GB/T 17175). - the relationship of managed objects and attributes to the operation of this layer, and the relationship to other objects and attributes of this layer; - action type operations on attributes of managed objects in the data link layer used for OSI system management.
