- This standard specifies 50-pin connectors for use at the interface between data terminal equipment (DTE) and data circuit-terminating equipment (DCE), including necessary mating dimensions and assignment of contact numbers. The connector is suitable for interface functional characteristics in accordance with GB/T 3454 "Interface Circuit Definition Table between Data Terminal Equipment (DTE) and Data Circuit Terminating Equipment (DCE), and the interface electrical characteristics comply with ITU-T Recommendation V.12 occasions.
