Scope

This standard specifies the limits and testing, calculation and evaluation methods of voltage fluctuation and flicker. This standard is used in the normal operation mode of the AC 50Hz power system, the rapid change of the voltage of the common connection point caused by the fluctuating load and the occasion that may cause people to notice the flickering of the light.
