- This standard specifies the X-ray fluorescence spectroscopic nondestructive testing method and requirements for the content of precious metal jewelry. This standard is applicable to the determination and entrusted inspection of the surface content of precious metals such as gold, silver, and platinum in jewelry and other handicrafts (need to obtain the consent of the entrusting party and the entrusted party) and internal management of production enterprises (excluding production quality control).
