Scope: This guidance technical document deals with the emission of disturbances such as voltage fluctuations and flicker. This guiding technical document is applicable to equipment that is to be connected to the public low-voltage AC power distribution system with a rated input current of more than 16A per phase, or equipment that requires a license from the power supply company to be connected although the rated current is low. This guidance technical document specifies the data necessary to enable the power supply company, manufacturer or user to evaluate the equipment, and is included in a set of appropriate questionnaires such as Appendix A and Appendix B. Guidance is also given on the emission values of voltage fluctuations generated by equipment that has undergone type tests under the conditions specified in GB 17625.2 (IEC 61000-3-3).
