- This standard specifies a test suite structure and test purpose for the ACSE protocol according to GB/T 16687. This standard does not specify how these conformance tests are implemented or used, nor how the test results are expressed or used. This standard applies to conformance test suites for testing ACSE protocol implementations that operate on connection-oriented presentation services (GB/T 15695) and claim compliance with GB/T 16687. This standard does not include a general performance, reliability and robustness evaluation of related protocol implementations, nor does it include evaluation of the protocol design itself.
