Applicable to test specimens obtained from any grade of electrical steel sheet (strip). The sample should be demagnetized before measurement, and the measurement should be carried out at an ambient temperature of (23±5)°C and a relative humidity of less than 80%. Measurements at higher frequencies should be carried out in accordance with GB/T 10129.
