This standard specifies the requirements for polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) insulated semi-rigid radio frequency coaxial cables. This standard is used together with the general specification (GB/T 17737.1). The purpose of this standard is to specify recommended ratings and characteristics, as well as applicable qualification procedures, test and measurement methods selected from the general specification, and to specify general performance requirements and supplementary test methods for semi-rigid coaxial cables. The test and severity requirements specified in the detail specification referencing this standard shall have an equivalent or higher performance level than this standard.
