This standard is applicable to on-site acceptance of hydraulic performance of impact/impelion turbines, storage pumps and pump turbines/related purpose tests. Before promulgating other relevant standards, this standard is applicable to the acceptance tests of the above-mentioned hydraulic machinery of various types, large, medium and small. However, for small hydraulic machinery, some clauses in the standard can be relaxed and used, which shall be determined by both parties in the contract. This standard applies to the direct connection structure of water turbine and generator, water pump and electric motor, water pump turbine and electric motor generator, other forms of structure can be used as a reference. This standard specifies the on-site test parameters, required test conditions, adopted test methods and evaluation methods for whether the guarantee items of the technical supply contract are satisfied or not. If the on-site acceptance test conditions cannot meet the requirements of this standard, the purchaser shall negotiate with the supplier to make appropriate amendments and supplements to the relevant provisions of this standard before recommending it, or recommend using a model acceptance test. Except for economic interests closely related to guaranteed matters, this standard does not include purely commercial issues. This standard does not deal with the structural details of the machine and the mechanical properties of the machine parts. This standard has guidelines and corresponding measures for dealing with any disputes in the test process. This standard also involves the calculation method of test results, the scope, content and format of the final report, etc.
