Scope

This standard stipulates the discharge limit value of water pollutants from raw coal mining and coal preparation, the discharge limit value of air pollutants from the coal surface production system, and the technical requirements for pollutant control in coal gangue storage yards, coal storage, and loading and unloading sites affiliated to coal mining and processing enterprises. This standard is applicable to the pollution prevention and management of existing coal mines (including open-pit coal mines), coal preparation plants and their affiliated coal gangue storage yards, coal storage, loading and unloading sites, as well as the environmental impact assessment of coal industry construction projects, and the design and completion of environmental protection facilities. Environmental protection acceptance and pollution prevention and management after commissioning. This standard applies to the discharge of pollutants permitted by law. The site selection of newly established production lines and the management of existing production lines in special protection areas shall be in accordance with Article 16 of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution" and "Water Pollution of the People's Republic of China". Articles 20 and 27 of the Prevention and Control Law, Article 30 of the Marine Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Regulations on the Prevention and Control of Pollution in Drinking Water Source Protection Areas shall be implemented.
