Scope
This part of DL/T 860 specifies the information model of devices and functions related to substation applications. This section specifies the compatible logical node names and data names used for communication between intelligent electronic devices, including the relationship between logical nodes and data. The logical node names and data names defined in this section are part of the class model introduced in DL/T 860.71 and defined in DL/T 860.72. The names defined in this section are used to establish hierarchical object references and are used to communicate with intelligent electronic devices in substations and intelligent electronic devices on distribution lines. This section adopts the DL/T 860.72 naming convention. To avoid private, incompatible extension rules, this part of DL/T 860.74 specifies standard naming rules for multiple instance and logical node class and data name-specific extensions. In Part Appendix A, full rules are given (using examples) for: ——multiple instances of logical node classes using logical node instance identifiers (IDs); ——multiple instances of data using data instance identifiers; ——selection Data not included in the logical node other than the complete data name set; ——Create a new logical node class and data name. In informative appendix B, examples are as follows: ——The use of logical nodes in complex situations, such as line protection configuration; ——Multiple instances of logical nodes with different levels of functions. This section does not provide guidance information. It is recommended to read the relevant parts of DL/T 860.5, DL/T 860.71 and DL/T 860.73 and DL/T 860.72 first. This section also does not discuss implementation matters. The relationship between this part and DL/T 860.5 is outlined in Appendix C. This section is used to describe the device models and functions of feeder equipment for substation equipment. The concepts used in this section can also be used in the following situations to describe device models and functionality. ——Information exchange between substations; ——Information exchange between substations and control centers; ——Information exchange between power plants and control centers; ——Distributed power generation information exchange; ——Metering information exchange. Figure 1 gives an overview of this section.
