Scope: This standard specifies the general requirements, requirements and test methods, inspection rules and signs of point-type ultraviolet flame detectors. This standard applies to point-type ultraviolet flame detectors installed in general industrial and civil buildings with a wavelength range below 300nm. For point-type ultraviolet flame detectors with special performance installed in other environments, this standard should also be implemented unless the special performance is otherwise stipulated by relevant standards.
