Scope: This section defines message encapsulation and header document schemas for transporting ebXML messages over communication protocols such as HTTP or SMTP, and software behavior for sending and receiving ebXML messages. At the same time, this part gives the message encapsulation, routing and transmission equipment for ebXML infrastructure. In addition, this section also gives the necessary security and reliability features to support international electronic commerce. This section applies to software development groups who will implement ebXML message services.
