Scope: This part specifies the terms and specification requirements of asphalt mixing plant (hereinafter referred to as asphalt mixing plant) used in the construction and maintenance of highways, roads, airport runways, and road systems and networks, and lists the requirements for determining The theoretical performance of these devices and the parameters for drafting technical documentation. This section does not specify the safety conditions involved in professional standards. The quality control of equipment manufacturing is determined by these product-specific standards. This section applies to stirring equipment that is fixed when it is working, regardless of whether it has a mobile function. This section does not apply to stabilized soil mixing or renovation of mobile equipment. This section applies to equipment for mixing and/or coating asphalt and materials: - Continuous asphalt mixing equipment (see Figure A.1); - Intermittent asphalt mixing equipment (see Figure A.2).
