Scope

This standard specifies 405 pesticides and related chemicals in fruits and vegetables such as apples, pears, citrus, bananas, grapes, pineapples, kiwis, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, spinach, cauliflower, celery, beans, and bamboo shoots (see Appendix A) Method for the determination of residues by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. This standard applies to 369 pesticides and related chemical residues in apples, pears, citrus, bananas, grapes, pineapples, kiwis, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, spinach, cauliflower, celery, beans, and bamboo shoots. The quantitative determination of 36 kinds of pesticides and related chemical residues qualitative identification. The method detection limit of 369 pesticides and related chemicals declared in this standard is 0.02μg/kg～4.080mg/kg (see Appendix A).
