Scope

This standard specifies the determination methods of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry for 446 pesticides (see Appendix A) residues in fruits and vegetables. This standard applies to 446 pesticide residues in apples, pears, citrus, bananas, grapes, pineapples, kiwis, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, spinach, cauliflower, celery, beans, carrots, potatoes, and bamboo shoots. determination.
