Scope

This standard stipulates the purpose, basis, principles, timing, basic requirements, methods, content, procedures and archiving requirements of the military representative's supervision of the use of the type development fee of the contracting unit. This standard is applicable to the supervision of the military representative on the use of the model development fee of the contracting unit. The military representative's supervision on the use of the model pre-research fee of the contracting unit can also be implemented by reference.
