- Scope
- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, labeling, storage and transportation of medium-smoked natural rubber sheets, white crepe sheets and light-colored crepe sheets. This standard is applicable to smoked rubber sheets made of natural rubber latex which are coagulated with acid, pressed into sheets, and smoked and dried. This standard is applicable to the fresh curd of natural latex, the white crepe film and the light-colored crepe film which are made by controlling the production process and whose surface is creped, and whose thickness should be approximately the same as that of the physical standard sample. This standard does not apply to films made entirely or partially from latex.
