- This standard applies to new single-phase capacitive voltage transformers connected between the line and the ground, the system voltage Um≥72.5kV, and the frequency is 15Hz~100Hz. They provide low voltage for measurement, control and protective relaying. Capacitive voltage transformers can be equipped with wave accessories for power line carrier (PLC) systems with a carrier frequency of 30kHz to 500kHz. The following three standards form the basis of this standard: ——GB 1207, related to electromagnetic voltage transformers; ——GB/T 19749, related to coupling capacitors and capacitive voltage dividers; ——GB/T 7329, related to power line carrier (PLC) ) in conjunction with the device. Measurement functions include indication measurement and billing measurement.
