Scope

This standard specifies the electromagnetic radiation public head exposure limits for mobile phones that emit electromagnetic waves that are used close to the human head. This standard applies to all mobile phones that are used by the public close to the human head with an emission frequency in the range of 30MHz to 6GHz.
