Scope: This standard specifies flat washers with a nominal size (thread diameter) of 5-64mm, a standard series, a hardness level of 200HV and 300HV, and a product level of A-level. Washers of hardness class 200HV are suitable for: - hexagon head bolts and screws of property class up to 8.8, product classes A and B; - hexagon nuts of property class up to 8, product classes A and B ; - hexagon head bolts, screws and hexagon nuts of stainless steel and similar chemical composition; - surface hardened self-extruding screws. Washers with a hardness class of 300HV are suitable for: - hexagon head bolts and screws of property class up to 10.9, product classes A and B; - hexagon nuts of property class up to 10, product classes A and B ; If dimensions other than those specified in this standard are required, they should be selected from GB/T 5286. The user should verify the suitability of these washers when clamping soft material parts or working with large bolt holes.
