Scope

This standard specifies the reagents, materials, instruments and equipment, method steps and presentation of results required for the determination of silver content in silver alloy jewelry by sodium chloride or potassium chloride volumetric method (potentiometric titration method). This standard applies to silver jewelry and its materials with a silver content of 800‰～900‰.
