Scope: The data elements defined in this part of GB/Z 19091 are mainly applicable to short-fiber or long-fiber spinning machinery connected directly with data processing equipment or through a bus system or communication network. The data elements included in this section are closely related to the staff of the textile mill (managers, foremen, operators, maintenance workers), and the terms related to data processing are not considered in this section. Each data element consists of terms with attributes, accompanied by a simple explanation of what it means. The reference number preceding the entry is the entry number. The attributes given in this section are intended to unify the representation methods of each data element and their transmission characteristics as reasonably as possible, rather than restricting the freedom of engineering applications. The transmission of the data collected by the sensor is given a limited format at the input point, the format of the data transmission itself and the presentation method of the transmitted data are not considered in this part. Data elements are grouped by production rate, quality control and process steps. Note: The basic data structure is open to the bus system, which belongs to the research category of IEC/TC65C.
