- This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, marks, labels and instructions for use of the infrared human body surface temperature rapid screening instrument. This standard applies to the infrared human body surface temperature rapid screening instrument, which is used to quickly identify people whose body surface temperature exceeds a certain temperature in the flow of people. This standard does not apply to medical clinical temperature measuring instruments and equipment.
