Scope
This guiding technical document deals with conducted disturbances in the frequency range lo kHz and below and extended to power grid signal transmission systems. In GB/T 18039.3 (IEC 61000-2-2), the compatibility level of systems with different voltage levels is given. . This guidance technical document does not involve the application of compatibility level assessment, such as the disturbance assessment of the permissible emissions of specific equipment or devices, because this must take into account other system parameters such as impedance that varies with frequency. This guidance technical document does not judge the specifications of the immunity level proposed by the relevant product committees, but only provides guidance. The disturbance phenomena considered in this guiding technical document are: - Harmonics; - Interharmonic waves; - Voltage fluctuations; - Voltage sags and short-term power interruptions; - Voltage unbalances; - power frequency variation; - DC component. The purpose of this guiding technical document is to provide information on various types of disturbances that are expected to occur in public power supply systems, and it is a reference document for the compatibility level values given by relevant standards.
