Scope
This guidance technical document involves harmonic current emission. - This guiding technical document is applicable to electrical and electronic equipment with a rated input current of more than 16 A per phase and connected to the following public low-voltage AC power supply systems: ——Nominal voltage 240 V and below, single-phase, two-wire or three-wire system; — - Nominal voltage 600 V and below, three-phase, three-wire or four-wire system; - Nominal frequency 50 Hz. ' Other classes of power distribution systems are not included. The test carried out in accordance with this guiding technical document is a type test for the entire equipment, such as a speed-regulating fan, not for its components, such as a governor. When such equipment is connected to the power supply system, it usually requires the power supply department to reach an agreement with the user. Access depends on several factors, including the expected level of disturbance caused by the equipment and the actual conditions of connection to the power supply system. The power supply department can evaluate the harmonic disturbance level of the equipment according to the requirements of this guiding technical document, and decide whether it can be connected to the power supply system according to the harmonic distortion of the equipment. Note 1: For the equipment involved in this technical guidance document, only general provisions for evaluating harassment are provided. It is not guaranteed that the equipment that complies with this article is allowed to be connected in any case, because whether the equipment is connected to the power supply system depends on the level of disturbance caused by the equipment and the load conditions of the network. Note 2: This guiding technical document is also applicable to equipment with a small rated input current but which requires a license from the power supply department. Note 3: This guiding technical document does not apply to active filters. This guiding technical document gives: a) Under specified conditions, the short-circuit capacity required for equipment harmonic current measurement or simulation; b) Type test or simulation method.
